Senator Merkley, your stance is a direct threat to the integrity of women’s sports and the safety of female athletes. Science is clear—there are only two sexes, male and female. Allowing biological men to compete against women is unfair and dangerous, as they have undeniable physiological advantages in strength, speed, and endurance.

Forcing young girls and women to share locker rooms with biological males is not just unfair—it’s perverse. Women’s sports were created to ensure fair competition for biological females. If individuals experiencing a gender identity crisis want to compete, they should create their own league, not invade spaces meant for women.

This isn’t discrimination—it’s common sense. Protecting women’s sports and ensuring the safety and dignity of female athletes should not be controversial.
